1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Viewnex also uses local storage, which works similarly. Together they let the site remember who you are and how you have set things up.
2. Essential cookies and storage
These keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and remember interface state such as whether the sidebar is collapsed. The site cannot work without them, so they cannot be switched off.
3. Preference storage
We store choices you make in the product, such as dashboard filters and notification settings, so you do not have to set them again on every visit.
4. Analytics
We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand which pages and features are used, so we can improve them. This data is aggregated and is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
5. Third parties
Some pages load services that set their own cookies: Stripe for payments and fraud prevention, Supabase for authentication, and Google for sign-in. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies. Website fonts are hosted by Viewnex itself, so no font requests are sent to Google or other third parties.
6. Tracking you configure
If you add the Viewnex pixel, Google conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or another advertising tag to your website, those tools run under your control. The Viewnex pixel measures page activity and the primary result you configure, uses pseudonymous visitor and session storage for attribution, and records the consent state sent by your site. In regions that require prior advertising consent, marketing events must remain blocked until the visitor accepts. A refusal or later withdrawal takes effect immediately, and blocked events are never sent later. You are responsible for naming the data, purposes and recipients in your notice and making rejection and withdrawal available.
7. Tracking allowances
Viewnex plans include different monthly browser event and counted-conversion allowances. Ordinary events may continue until the event allowance is reached. Once the conversion allowance is reached, later conversion events can be retained as over-limit activity for support but are excluded from Viewnex Results and optimization data. Usage resets at the start of each calendar month in UTC; over-limit events are never replayed after an upgrade or reset.
8. Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and clear local storage. Website visitors must also be able to withdraw advertising consent through the advertiser's cookie or privacy controls. Blocking essential Viewnex account cookies will sign you out and prevent parts of Viewnex from working.
9. Changes
We update this policy when the technologies we use change. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
