Do I need a plan to use Viewnex?

No. Signing up is free and you can use the workspace, build campaigns, save drafts and collect leads without a plan. A plan with an active subscription or trial is needed to submit or publish self-serve campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok.

Are credits ever used for ad spend?

No. Credits pay only for Viewnex AI features. Advertising budget is paid separately: billed by the ad platform for self-serve channels, or prepaid through Stripe for managed YouTube campaigns.

Is there a management fee?

Only on managed YouTube campaigns, which add 20% on top of the advertising budget. Self-serve campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok carry no Viewnex fee.

Do cheaper plans get fewer models or tools?

No. Every plan includes every image and video model and every AI tool. Plans differ in credits, team members, tracking limits and support.

What does Enterprise include?

Everything in Professional, with credit volumes and limits sized to your workload, unlimited team members and websites, multi-client workspaces, a dedicated campaign manager and an SLA. Pricing is quoted after a short call.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Stripe prorates the difference, and your new monthly credits apply from the change.

What happens to my campaigns if I cancel?

Published self-serve campaigns keep running in your own ad account, and live managed campaigns run until their prepaid budget is spent. Your workspace moves to the free plan; credits you bought stay yours.

Is there a minimum campaign budget?

Campaigns start from USD 10. A managed YouTube campaign must be funded for at least five days of its daily budget. Self-serve channels follow each platform's own minimums, shown in the app.

What currency is used?

Plans, top-ups and managed budgets are billed in USD. Self-serve ad spend is charged in your ad account's own currency.
