1. Overview

Growth Automator LLC, which operates Viewnex, respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

2. Designated agent

3. Filing a notice

Your notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and where it appears on Viewnex (such as a URL)
• Your name, address, telephone number and email
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send our agent a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your name, address, phone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or Wyoming if you are outside the United States). We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

6. False claims

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
