1. What this covers
This policy covers payments you make to Viewnex for managed campaigns. It does not cover advertising spend billed to you directly by Google, Meta or TikTok on self-serve channels — those charges are settled with the platform under its own terms.
2. Unspent budget
If a managed campaign is cancelled or ends before the full advertising budget is delivered, the unspent portion is refunded to your original payment method or credited to your Viewnex balance, at your choice.
3. Subscription fees
Viewnex does not charge a management fee on advertising budget — the full amount you fund is spent on advertising. Monthly subscription fees pay for platform access and are non-refundable for periods already served; you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
4. Rejected campaigns
If a campaign cannot run because Viewnex or the advertising platform rejects it, and no spend has been delivered, you receive a full refund of the budget. We tell you the rejection reason so you can decide whether to resubmit.
5. Cancelling a campaign
You can request cancellation at any time before or during delivery. Delivery stops as soon as the platform processes the change; spend already delivered at that point is not recoverable.
6. Timing
Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account.
7. What is not refundable
Performance below your expectations is not a refund reason on its own, because delivery depends on content, targeting and platform factors we do not control. Refunds are also not available where a campaign was cancelled for a breach of the advertising policy.
8. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We will always explain the charges line by line, and most disputes are resolved faster by email than by your card issuer.
9. How to request a refund
Email support@viewnexapp.com or open a support ticket from your dashboard with the campaign number. Viewnex is owned and operated by Growth Automator LLC.
