Connections live on the Connections page. Each channel uses the platform's own secure sign-in — Viewnex never asks for your platform password.
- 1Open Connections and choose the channel you want to add.
- 2Sign in with the account that has access to the advertising account, and approve the requested permissions.
- 3You are returned to Viewnex, where the available ad accounts are listed.
- 4Select the ad account you want Viewnex to work with and save it.
If you manage several ad accounts
Viewnex walks the whole account hierarchy you have access to, including manager accounts, and lists every ad account it finds. Pick the one that should hold your campaigns; you can change the selection later without reconnecting.
A campaign cannot launch on a channel until an ad account is both connected and selected. If a launch is blocked, the Connections page is the first place to check.
You can disconnect a channel at any time. Disconnecting stops syncing and future launches; campaigns already running inside the ad platform are not deleted.
