Payment methods, invoices and receipts

1. 1Open Billing and add a card through the secure payment form.
2. 2Set a default card if you keep more than one on file.
3. 3Download any invoice or receipt from the transactions table.

Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on Viewnex servers.
